Originally focused on European countries, but now based at Northeastern University in the US and including a wider range of countries. At intervals of several years (or more) ISRD collects data on juvenile delinquency and victimization from comparable samples. It uses a standardized self-report survey conducted among students aged 12-16, randomly selected from schools in two medium or large cities.
