Learning that sticks with you
Each O’Reilly case study tells a real story in video from a first-person point of view: Building the Facebook experience for the mobile world, Scaling things that don’t scale: Scalability and reliability at Airbnb, and (Re)Building an engineering culture: DevOps at Target, for example. Watch real, complex situations unfold as they address topics like Business Transformation, Continuous Deployment, Design Thinking, DevOps, and many others. Case studies are another unique way O´Reilly helps you discover, learn, and do.

There are several ways to find Case Studies on the O´Reilly platform. You can search the database, on the result list select the Videos filter. Then select Video Type, then Case Studies.

On the Home Page, you can scroll down and browse Case Studies.

You can click See More, then select a Case Study topic using the Topics features.

On the Case Study information page you will find:

• Click links to search other items by these authors, publishers or topics.
• Click START or CONTINUE to watch the video
• Table of contents. For Case Studies there is only one chapter. There will be a progress bar and a checkmark when completed. You can then go to your personal History and continue where you ended. You can also put the whole video in a Playlist.
• A Case Study description. 

On the Case Study video player page you will find:

• The progress bar (on top of the screen)..
• The video player controls. You can skip forward or backward, change quality and speed, change captions language, use Picture In Picture (a smaller video player window appears, to be used on top of another page) and get full screen.
• English-language videos published by O'Reilly offers translated closed captioning in Japanese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese), Simplified Chinese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish. Simply click the globe icon in the video player to select a language and choose other captions settings.
• On the menu to the right you will find Table of Contents, Reader Settings and the option to add the video to a Playlist.
• For select titles there will be a video transcript available.
