To set up Endnote to find the full text do the following:

In Edit --> Preferences --> Find the full text

• Web of Knowledge full text links should be ticked
• DOI (Digital Object Indentifier) should be ticked
• PubMed LinkOut (U.S. National Library of Medicine) should be ticked
• Open URL should be ticked

Click apply > Click OK

Please note: EndNote does not find and attach ALL full text available using this method. Be prepared to search for full text using the library search as well.
